If you have an item, gift card, experience, or other donation you would like to submit for our auction, please fill out this form for automatic submission. If you have more than one item to donate, we ask you complete a separate form for each donation.

If you prefer to submit your donation with a paper form, please fill out our Puesta del Sol PTA procurement form and email the Auction Committee at auction@puestadelsolpta.org.
